CONTEMPORARY ART HISTORY
Students studied a number of artists and ideas in the contemporary art world.
Students then chose
an artist, researched their artist, wrote a one page paper
on their chosen artist
and created their own work inspired, in some way, by their
artist. Finally, students presented their research and their artwork to the class
as part of their final grade.
The work was created with acrylic paint using a
number of techniques learned as part of this assignment.
